Sixteen students from Music One Studios will be playing in recital on April 14, 7 pm, at Hillside Covenant Church. From beginners to advanced pianists, their repertoire will cover a wide range of composers and musical periods, from Scott Joplin, Prokofieff, Katchaturian, and Satie, to Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, and Liszt. The evening will be exciting, filled with beautiful music.
On October 1st, Music One Studios’ owner and piano teacher, Janet Murray, played in the 1st Round of a London Piano Competition. “The level of the competing pianists was international, and those who went to the Final Round were truly spectacular!”
14 Music One piano students passed their adjudications with the National Guild of Student Musicians in the East Bay/Alamo center with flying colors. Congratulations to an outstanding group of performing Musicians!
